Câu trả lời mẫu cho câu hỏi: Would you agree that people who have fixed routines are not creative?
Not exactly. I’d say having fixed routines makes people LESS creative as doing the same thing day after day makes people feel bored to death, and this lulls the brain to sleep. So gradually people lose the ability to think outside the box. Plus, it makes people less flexible with time (and I’m sure being flexible means being open to new ideas and experiences, which is an important part of creativity) Finally, I’ve noticed that when people get used to doing things in a fixed order, any changes make them stressed (and stress does suppress creativity).
