Well, to my mind everything depends on the type of advice you need. If you seek friendly advice about the way the life should be lived, I guess it’s better to request it of older people ’cause they have already learned many important lessons in the course of life and know what matters in it and what doesn’t. Moreover, older people are more compassionate and can not only give you advice but also provide you with support along the path. But if you need advice concerning some novelty or progress, I am more than sure it’s better to ask young people for it as they are more aware of state-of-the-art technology, more flexible and more open-minded than older people.
