One more thing I can say about employees of international companies is that they are the ones who are ready for taking on responsibility and don’t mind managing large-scale projects. Well, and they are really hard-working people as well, ready to work not only during the day but also at nights sometimes, I mean situations when they need to have a meeting with foreign colleagues from other time zones.
