Well, I guess ‘yes’ as public gardens are an important part of the community, so all people should have a responsibility to ensure that they are maintained and kept clean. I know that the majority of people will say that they already pay taxes that should cover park maintenance costs, but, to my mind, the municipal budget for parks and gardens is so low that the assigned personnel may just not be able to keep up with required maintenance. So, I don’t think it’s a good idea just to complain the parks are not that clean… Instead of this, we should remember that each of us can make a difference doing our best to ensure that our parks are clean and hygienic.
