I’d rather say there are things that are really hard to manage or cope with. The hardest thing is that as a nurse, you have to deal with life and death. And you never know what to expect. Also, you have to work long hours, work on weekends, holidays and during night shifts, which is stressful. You have to handle heaving workloads and paperwork. What’s more, you spend most of the time walking, standing, lifting and bending, sometimes moving heavy equipment. And it seems there is always someone who is complaining about something, trying to test the limits of your patience. But despite all this, I don’t think I could do anything but nursing now.
